Lessons for Classical Guitarist(s) ?

Question :

I am interested in taking lessons through skype. i have a B.M. degree in classical guitar over 25 years ago and in the past 9 years have studied jazz guitar on and off.

I play at jam sessions-- take the a train, tenor madness, sugar, green dolphin street. I am tired of copying others "licks" and want to start knowing the "rules" so that i can come up with my own ideas (as you explain in your video), otherwise i don't feel any creativity.
