-Know intervals by sight and sound.

-Know how to construct major and minor chords.

-Know how to construct any chord.

-Know and understand CAGED.

-Know most three and four note chords for Major and minor 7's 9's, 13's and M7's.

-Know major scales positions.

-Know the 5 pentatonic positions, major and minors.

-Know 12 bar blues beginning on 6th and 5th strings (w/6-2-5-1 turnarounds).

-Know "rhythm changes" beginning on 5th and 6th strings.

-Know ALL 2-5-1'S beginning on 5th and 6th stings.

-Then start learning some freaking songs!
