Question :
Can I re-schedule a lesson if for whatever reason I cannot make it?
I'm a physician, more than beginner, less than intermediate but my schedule can get out of control at times with emergencies, etc.
Thanks
Elie

Answer :
Yes. I use what I call the "48 hours cancellation policy" (read below) as a mean to protect the student, and myself (the teacher.) This is part of the "contract" when you schedule a Skype lesson here.
Of course, life circumstances are what they are and I understand that... I know my life certainly get crazy with gigging, practicing, recording, last minute rehearsals and teaching on top of it all!
I can assure you that I'm more than flexible with all of my students. In fact, I never even had to "use" the policy yet in 2 years of teaching online.
Let me know if you have other questions.
